I was initially attracted to this book by the cover. I'm so tired of seeing books with the skinny girls and the measuring tape. LOL. And I love muffins. What I found in this great little eBook was excellent information and tips about finally getting rid of the overflowing "muffin top" that I see every morning. I'm making my grocery list out now and am going to try several of the muffin reducing exercises referred to in the book. The exercises don't seem hard and won't take long to actually do them. Perhaps I will get rid of my muffin after all!Product details

What makes this a great guide is that it provides long term solutions (healthy eating, exercise, etc.), but just as important - short term solutions (wearing the right clothes). Arranged in 4 steps, the author goes into many tips and tricks, keeping things focused and straight to the point. So there is no more spilling out of clothes.
Great little book that is filled with `really' good tips! It covers it all; from how to dress so you hide the muffin top, to eating & easy exercises that really do work. It is a fast read but one that you will want to refer back to, time & time again. It is written in everyday language with a nice touch of humor. You can tell that this person has done the walk, so to speak. I also thought the Cover was fun. This is a winner for me!
Thank goodness it was free. This was like diet tips 101. I expected something more in depth about how to get rid of belly fat. Don't chew sugar free gum because you take in air to your stomach and that's what gives you a gut? Not many alcoholic drinks are calorie free...? Oh, really... Here I've been drinking all the ones with calories instead of the calorie free ones. Don't waste your time on this book.
I gave this book five stars because right off in the first several pages I learned things I never knew. We've all heard that extra fat is hard on the body however until reading this book I had no idea "HOW" dangerous, it really scared me into action. From there I learned a lot about some solid diet tips and exercise tips that will carry me a long way on my new found path to health. While this book is written for women guys can learn a lot too, so I'm very pleased with this purchase.
